The Childrens Home of Reading is Hiring a KITCHEN STAFF Near Reading, PA
The Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services isseeking Full-Time Kitchen Staff to cover 11:00AM- 7PM Sunday through Thursday (with Friday & Saturday OFF).
Position Summary: As a member of our kitchen staff, your responsibilities will include performing general tasks such as serving meals, prep of meals, cleaning. putting away stock, and after training cooking the meals
Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required
- At least 21 years of age
- Cooking/food prep experience in restaurant, hospital, or school setting
- Must be willing to work Flexible Hours and Available as scheduled and in Multiple Locations
- Must demonstrate basic communication skills- verbal, reading and written.
- Reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of communication-oral, verbal and written skills.
Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings.
